ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Zach Bradley Insurance, your main goal is to deliver an amazing experience for each and every customer. - Assist customers with questions and policy service needs in a proactive manner.
- Identify additional opportunities for customers using a needs-based approach.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers with understanding and concern.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
